Articles carry a byline reflecting who created them: B-Real for first-person brand and culture pieces, and DGT Editorial for research-driven education content produced by our writing team.

AI-assisted drafting is part of our workflow for high-volume educational content. Every AI-assisted article is reviewed by a human editor before publication. That reviewer's name and review date appear in the byline.

We do not publish AI-generated content without human editorial sign-off. The human review step is not optional.

Every article starts with a defined topic and primary keyword. Our research process pulls from:

• Government sources: NIH, FDA, CDPH, state cannabis regulatory agencies
• Peer-reviewed research: PubMed, NCBI, and academic journals
• Industry publications: MJBizDaily, Cannabis Business Times
• First-hand knowledge: B-Real's 30+ years of experience in cannabis culture and business

Claims require a source. We don't publish claims we can't back up. If something is our opinion, we say so.

Our content pipeline includes an automated fact-check pass that flags:

Articles that fail the automated fact-check are returned for revision before they reach the human review stage.
